FINAL REGULATIONS ON SUMMARIES OF BENEFITS AND COVERAGE

The Departments of Health and Human Services, Labor and the Treasury have released final regulations on summaries of benefits and coverage (SBCs).  The requirements to provide an SBC, notice of modification and uniform glossary apply for open enrollment periods beginning on or after September 23, 2012.  Read the rest of this entry »
