EEOC TO HOLD MEETING ON PREGNANCY AND CAREGIVER ISSUES

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) will hold a public meeting on the subject of pregnancy discrimination and caregiver issues on February 15.  This meeting may be an indication that employers can expect increased enforcement in this area in the near future.
