HHS PUBLISHES FINAL RULES ON HEALTH INSURANCE MARKET RULES

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has published final regulations under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act about health insurance market rules.  This final rule implements provisions related to health insurance premiums, guaranteed availability, guaranteed renewability, single risk pools and catastrophic plans.
